As we learn from the CM Province of Chile on Facebook, Sr. Evelyne Franc, Superioress General of Daughters visited Chile last weekend. On Saturday, July 28, the welcoming day of the visit she met the Visitatrice of Chile, Sr. Julia Moreno DC, Fr. Fernando Macías CM, Provincial Director (and Visitor of Chile as well), Provincial Council. Later on there was the Eucharist with some priests from Vincentian houses in Santiago and students present.
As it is a custom during such visits, Sisters welcomed Mother General not only with liturgical celebrations but with some samples of Chilean folklore as well. Besides meeting with the Provincial administration Sr. Evelyne also visited senior Sisters, those in the Seminary and other junior Sisters. In the morning, July 26, Fr. Fernando Macías, Provincial Director and Fr. Luis Chávez celebrated the morning Mass which concluded the visit.
