The national council of the Society of St. Vincent dePaul has unveiled a website dedicated to “Systemic Change – Transforming Lives”
It features general background concepts, material useful at the Council and Conference levels as well as a section devoted to Special work. There is also a section devoted tot he popular and successful program “Bridges out of Poverty”.
