To coincide with St Vincent de Paul’s feast day, Depaul International working to support people who are homeless is excited to announce the launch of Depaul International Week 2013 – Sept. 23-30.
Depaul International Week will be celebrated across Ireland, Slovakia, Ukraine, the UK, USA and, for the first time France, where plans to open a new subsidiary are underway.
This year events include
- evening outreach walks around key Vincentian sites in Paris;
- themed meals, fashion shows and football matches in Ireland and the UK;
- gifts of food and essential supplies in Ukraine;
- basketball matches and BBQ lunches in the USA.
There will also be presentations and discussions about the life and times of St Vincent as well as how our Vincentian values underpin and unite our global work in each of the countries in which we operate.

These activities give every one involved in the work of Depaul International, whatever their faith, the opportunity to come together for a series of events centered upon the themes of Service, Reflection and Celebration.
