Each of our Vincentian Family universities and colleges encourages some form of student service day. DePaul University has posted a video of its 2013 version. This year, some 1,700 faculty, staff and students contributed to more than 70 service projects all around Chicago. Many members of the Vincentian Family will recognize this “Chicago community organizer”.
Student volunteers added mulch and fixed up a playground in Chicago’s Humboldt Park as part of DePaul University’s 13th annual Vincentian Service Day.
