Obviously this has implicatios for persons in any other branch of Vincentian Family with a need to share “best practices.”
What Blase is basically doing is looking at some of the guides other people have developed, say for soup making, and thought “Gee I can do that to train volunteers, etc. ” (A sort of About.com meets Pinterest.com” for those familiar with these programs.)
