The Sisters of Charity Federation website present a photo gallery of a historic visit of six Sisters from Korea to the Sisters of Charity of NY and the Federation.
Sister Marlene Mondalek, General Superior of the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill, and six Sisters from their Korean Province, visited Mount Saint Vincent Monday, August 13. As part of their Silver Jubilee celebration, the six Sisters went on a Mother Seton pilgrimage that brought them to Charity Federation congregations in Cincinnati, Emmitsburg, and Convent Station, NJ. They also visited Seton sites in New York City.
Earlier in the summer, the group traveled to Ecuador to experience first-hand a ministry with disabled children which is jointly sponsoredand staffed by their sisters from the Korean and American provinces.
