Father Henry is the Provincial Superior of the Western Province of the Congregation of the Mission in the U.S.A.,
The working group, which will convene in July, will assess local homeless service needs and program gaps. It will then develop a program proposal for the building that will serve St. Louis’ homeless population. The working group will be comprised of members of the Vincentian family, local service providers, and city representatives.
