College of Mount Saint Vincent celebrates Seton Service & Leadership Program May 17, 2012 The Seton Scholars are dedicated to pursuing academic excellence; committing to service, and preparing to be leaders on and off campus. Each Seton Scholar has volunteered in various capacities the past academic year. Volunteer activities that they have performed include: working with the homeless in Manhattan; volunteering with at-risk youth in the Bronx; and building homes for families in Paterson, New Jersey. This year, the Seton Scholars logged 475 hours of community service, while maintaining an overall GPA of 3.61.
