The Board of Directors and General Assembly of EMI (Mutual Organization of International Missionary AID) member of SAN MARTIN MUTUAL, held their meeting in Paris hosted by the Daughters of Charity in rue du Bac Oct. 26-27. The Daughters also supplied their team of translators.
The EMI was founded in 1965 by the Union of Major Superiors for Europe, to subsidize the health expenses of the priests, nuns and missionary religious who work in poor countries. 25,000 members of almost 200 religious congregations and diocesan priests have their missionaries in poor countries, especially in Africa.
