Sisters of Charity of Nazareth in Nazareth, Kentucky were founded by Mother Catherine Spalding (1793-1858), the first superior of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. YouTube has a video tour of the area that serves as a tribute to the hundreds of sisters buried there. Located 2 miles north of Bardstown, KY, the property includes magnificent architecture such as the historic St. Vincent de Paul Church (circa 1858), the Motherhouse, and buildings of the former Nazareth Academy and Nazareth College.
