Reorganization of DC provinces in the USA and Italy

The international website of the daughters of Charity reports on efforts toward “reconfiguration” or reorganization provinces in Italy and the United States.

• The Province of Saint Louise, resulting from the merger of four provinces in the United States, will be complete July 31.
• The five Provincial Councils of Italy held a meeting in Rome at Maria Immacolata from the 14th to the 21st of June 2011. This was their annual meeting for ongoing formation, sharing and planning. They will meet again next June.
