SSVDP France reorganizes, names new President

Following the unification of the two main Associations that make up our organisation in France, the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul in France elected Bruno Dardelet as President of the new entity. The French Interior Minister approved the amalgamation of the French Federation (National Council of France) with the Union des Œuvres Françaises (Union of French Works) of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. He has just successfully concluded a  campaign against loneliness, labelled by the Prime Minister as the “great national cause for 2011”
