An institution run by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth for mentally disabled children in Trichy, Tamil Nadu has been conferred with the ‘Best Institution’ award. State Deputy Chief Minister M K Stalin presented the award to Sister Sabina Mattappallil, who directs the center, at a function in Chennai on Dec. 3, the International Day for differently-abled.
