t Vincent de Paul Society volunteer David Bresnik has been named the 2011 ACT Young Australian of the Year. In 2006 he was elected president of the ACT Vinnies Youth Conference coordinating and being the voice for the society’s youth programs Australia-wide, and representing the organisation to the broader Australian public.
