The Commission charged with the liturgical celebration in Paris (March 14, 2010) has the pleasure of inviting all the members of the Vincentian Family throughout the world and all the friends of Saint Vincent and Laint Louise to participate in the celebration of Vespers on March 14th, 2010 at 5:45pm in the cathedral of Notre Dame, Paris, followed by the celebration of the Eucharist (6:45pm) presided by Cardinal André Vingt-Trois, archbishop of Paris.
Between 200 and 300 places are being reserved but there will be no admission tickets. It is important that the groups that wish to participate in this celebration inform us about their intention by February 1st, 2010 at the following address: schoepfer@cmparis.com (attention: Father Bernard Schoepfer, C.M.).
The commission is unable to provide lodging and food and therefore each group much take care of and organize these details.
As the Superior General, Father Gregory Gay told us in his letter convoking the Jubilee Year a plenary indulgence will be granted to all those who participate (physically or spiritually) in this celebration.
