Louise de Marillac
March 15 is the Third Sunday of Lent, we celebrate the Feast of St Louise de Marillac this year on the following day, March 16. Louise was born in Paris in 1591 died on March 15, 1660. She was beatified in 1920 and proclaimed a Saint of the Church in 1934. In 1960, Pope John XXIII proclaimed her the Patroness of Christian Social Workers. .
