The Sisters of Charity of Nazareth recently held the 2008 General Assembly in Bangalore, India. This General Assembly was historic as it was the first one to take place somewhere other than Nazareth, Ky.
Sisters and Associates from around the world gathered in Bangalore from mid-June to mid-July. All of our Sisters traveling from the United States have returned as of July 13.
