Manila: “deja  vu, but relaxing”

A trip to a speaking engagement Saturday reminded Rodolfo Lozada, Jr., the whistle-blower who has been guarded recently by Daughters of Charity in the Philippines, of the trip he’d taken with police abductors the month before. “Deja  vu, but relaxing,” was how he characterized his feelings.
