The St. Vincent de Paul Society in St. Louis is contributing to the effort to end chronic homelessness through its “Project More,” which currently provides permanent housing for 30 chronically homeless men who have disabilities. Thus far, “none of the 30 men have returned to the streets or left for another reason.” Read the story.
