Mary Janet McGilley SCL inducted posthumously to Education Hall of Fame

Sister Mary Janet McGilley, a Sister of Charity of Leavenworth who served Saint Mary College as its president for 25 years, was inducted Saturday into the Mid-America Education Hall of Fame. The first woman to serve as president of the college, Sister McGilley died in 2003. Read the story.
