Lisa Bright, Coordinator for Vincentian Family participation in World Youth Day has just posted notice of the availability of Vinspiration. This is a program of preparation for the Vincentian Fam ily celebration of World Youth Day.
World Youth Day 2008
The Vincentian Family World Youth Day team are providing the opportunity to learn more about the Vincentian story and its meaning in our lives. You are a part of the Vincentian Family and form part of its story. Why not take some time to learn more about your story – which is God’s story and ours – in the Vincentian light.
Once a month, join us for Vinspiration … meet up with other people interested in learning more about our story as we visit our well known Saints like
St Vincent de Paul St Louise de Marillac Frederick Ozanam |
annd maybe those whom we don’t hear so much about like
St Elizabeth Ann Seton and St Justin de Jacobis |
Once a month, for a couple of hours we will look at their story and learn from the wisdom they can share for our lives today.
What is the message that they have for each of us?
How is their world different to our world today …
or is it different at all?
Download and print the pages on the site to use for your Vinspiration group
or for your own personal reflection.
