But in this season when we remeber that there no room at the inn see how little it costs to build a house or furnish it.

Food For the Poor

For the poorest of the poor in the Caribbean and Latin America, “home” may not even be a real house. Many are forced to live in shacks made of scraps of wood, metal, plastic or even cardboard. Such structures offer little protection from rain, insects and rodents.

As a result, children are often sick. A new home meets an immediate need, but it will also be appreciated for generations to come. The gift of a real house this Christmas is one that can change a family’s life for the better.

“So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the holy ones and members of the household of God…” (Ephesians 2:19)
