The Archdiocese of St. Louis has pledged $500,000 to help build a new retirement center for Vincentian order priests and brothers in Perryville.
Archbishop Raymond L. Burke made the pledge, which will be paid out over a five-year period to help build the new facility.

The pledge was made “in gratitude for the service of the Vincentian priests and brothers from the very beginning of the archdiocese,” the archbishop wrote in a recent letter informing archdiocesan clergy of his action.
