The Vincentian Centers for Formation at St. Joseph’s Seminary, Princeton, New Jersey, USA, will dedicate their annual St. Joseph’s Convocation, May 1, to Blessed Frédéric. At 5 P.M., there will be a reception and lecture by Sr. Kieran Kneaves, National SSVDP Director for Formation and Training programs. Sister will speak on “Frédéric Ozanam’s Vision.” The evening will conclude with a celebration of the Eucharist together.

As a follow-up, on the four Thursdays of May (5, 12, 19, 26), at 7:30 P.M., the Centers will offer, “An Open Hand: the Way of Blessed Frédéric Ozanam.” The series will present historical, spiritual, psychological and practical insights drawn from the life of Frédéric Ozanam and from the lives of those who echo and implement his vision. Noted author Meredith Gould (Deliberate Acts of Kindness: Service as a Spiritual Practice) is a featured speaker.
