SVP, AIC, Daughters of Charity, Vincentian Fathers, Company of Mission Priests, and the Depaul Trust gathered in the Provincial House of the Daughters of Charity in Mill Hill, North London from 15-17 June for a retreat organised by the Vincentian Millennium Partnership Spirituality Group for England & Wales. The weather was glorious and these Vincentian “Retreat / Away Days” really did provide:
A break from the stress of life
A setting in which to relax and get to know other Family members
The opportunity to deepen one’s relationship with God
A chance to grow in understanding of the Vincentian spirit
The retreat programme, facilitated by Sr Brenda Matterson DC, was a rich blend of input, prayer, reflection, sharing, socialising, celebrating liturgy,
relaxing over meals together
