Celebrating 150 Years in the Spirit of St. Vincent de Paul
On 2nd May 1854 the Church of St. Peter’s Phibsborough
was “handed over” to the care of the Vincentian Fathers from Arran Quay Parish.
On May 2nd 1854 Archbishop Paul Cullen, Archbishop of Dublin, entrusted the suburban Church of St. Peter the Apostle, then a chapel-of-ease to the Church of St. Paul, Arran Quay to the Vincentian Community.
