To the President of the National Council of Spain,
My dear friend,
I am deeply sorry for the enormous tragedy, Spain is living today. On behalf of the General Council and me personally, I express our most deep condolences, begging the Lord to receive the victims of this criminal violence, heal the injured and give hope to so many Spanish families destroyed today.
The General Council is close to the Spanish Conferences, to support them in their needs, as are the Conferences from the other parts of the world.
