Robert Maloney CM writes “…in order to promote communication among the different National Councils, as well as with the International Council and International Secretariat, and in order to begin the remote preparation for the Second General Assembly in 2005, we have decided to hold the First Asian Meeting of the National Councils of JMV. It will take place at the Miraculous Medal National Shrine Parish in Muntinlupa City, Manila (Philippines) on April 24-27, 2004. ” A maximum of four (4) persons per country may participate: the National President, the National Director, the National Sister Advisor, and a lay member of the National Council.
