– “Fruits of the 2002 Vincentian Month”
– ” Vincentian Family in Brazil -4-6 April”Fruits of the 2002 Vincentian Month. After the experience of the 2002 Vincentian Month for the Advisors of the Vincentian Family, a significant number of those who participated in this meeting shared the way in which they are applying what was learned at this meeting. Among other things, this is what is being done: development of the laity as advisors, organization of formation workshops for lay leaders and Vincentian formation schools and the creation of a Coordinating Commission of the Vincentian Family on the national level.
Vincentian Family in Brazil. From 4-6 April, a national meeting of advisors of the Vincentian Family was held in Belo Horizonte (Brazil). Forty-eight advisors from the various branches of the Vincentian Family took part. During this meeting the following themes were studied: Christological and ecclesiological fundamentals for Vincentian advisors and the person of the Vincentian advisor. After a rich reflection, the participants presented various lines of action for the advisors of the Vincentian Family and developed a series of conclusions and proposals.
