Daughters of Charity gather in London to launch the five year plan of their hopes and dreams”On the 15th February 2003, 140 Sisters gathered in Provincial House, Mill Hill, London to launch the new Province 5 year plan, “Unlocking the Heart of the Province”, and vision together for the future. The plan contains the commitments drawn up by the members of the Province at the Provincial Assembly alongside lines of action as to how these commitments would be realised and honoured.”
