The Ladies of Charity National Assembly is being hosted by the Los Angeles Ladies of Charity in Pasadena, California Septe.ber 24-28.”Women of Faith, Women of Hope, Women of Joy”
The words which provide the theme for this year’s gathering will be the focus of presenter, discussion groups and liturgies for the Assembly.
Come! Be renewed by the words you hear and the women you meet. Come! Rekindle the falme of desire and commitment to serve God through his people.
Pasedena is a beautiful, vibrant city with many lovely and historical places to visit. The Hilton Hotel is newly renovated with large comfortable meeting rooms, a restaurant and graciously appointed guest rooms. September can warm during the day and cool in the evening so, you may want to keep this in mind when packing.
The tours will include the old and new of our city, the glitter of Hollywood, and the Huntington Museum with its beautiful gardens.
I ask you to please encourage the members of your association to come west and join with the Ladies of Charity and other members of the Vincentian Family as we gather to pray, to learn and to celebrate. ..
