St. Jude’s Ranch for Children recycles used greeting cards, clipping
the covers and attaching them to preprinted card stock to make a new
card, which is then sold to help fund the activities of the ranch.
St. Jude’s was founded by a Catholic priest in the 1960s as a home for
abused and abandoned children. For further information, and the
address to send your used greeting cards (or to buy boxes of new
recycled cards), go to
http://www.stjudesranch.org/Content/cardprogram.asp .
