Summary of presentation on SOCIAL CO-RESPONSIBILITY AND PEACE presented by Francois Houtart at the recent International Assembly of AIC in Nice, France.
1. Christian faith is a powerful motivator to go to the end of analyses, beyond appearances and symptoms, in order to build peace on the basis of justice, thus creating conditions for loving your neighbor.
2. Participating in social movements is a choice that seems obvious from a ”globalized” perspective, thus giving meaning to local action, to personal gestures.
