Sr. Maureen TInkler reports that website problems have been resolved and the pages have been uploaded. For any of you who may have been “tuning in” to our site at
www.daughtersofcharity.org.uk to look at the postings from our recent
Provincial Assembly in Ushaw – you will have been experiencing problems.
This is because our server has been behaving erraticaly. This morning I
finally managed to upload the the “Ushaw Experience” in totality & it
makes interesting reading & viewing. I’ve posted many photos on the
Ushaw web pages (especially the page for 2nd & 3rd May) which means that
the pages will take time to download, so please be patient. As you know,
pages download faster during the day when there are fewer people on line
so if you haven’t got Hi-speed ADSL – you would be wise to avoid
evenings!!

Happy Feast of the Ascension. The period between Ascension and Pentecost
was one of importance and great significance for Louise de Marillac, our
foundress. She usually made a retreat at this time so as to be open to
the “whisperings” of the Holy Spirit in her life. May this time be
special for us too.
