“From August 1 – 15, 2002, an “Encuentro/Mision” or Mission/Learning Experience will take place in the Eastern Province of the USA with the participation of 100 Vincentian Family Missionaries coming from Latin America and the various USA Provinces.”
“The Vincentian Family Missionaries will consist of priests, brothers, seminarians, Daughters of Charity, and lay people from 10 Latin American countries and 4 USA Provinces. There have been many of these Encuentro/Misiones in the past in Chile, Mexico, Colombia, and Panama. This will be the first time this Encuentro/Mision will take place in the USA.”
