245,999 Evictions (in only 5 states) Have Been Filed During the Pandemic, Despite the Moratorium

Catholic Charities USA and the Felician Sisters of North America have jointly created the CCUSA Francis Fund for Eviction Prevention.

During our pandemic, the lack of restrooms has become an issue for delivery workers, taxi and ride-hailing drivers, and others who make their living outside of a fixed office building.
What happens to students if their parents are evicted? They are expected to trade school buildings for spaces in their homes, a change predicated on students having homes in the first place. What happens when that space isn’t there, or when students are suddenly displaced?
They never thought eviction could happen to them! And then it did.
