Jacko, Housing Manager at Depaul, won the Spotlight Award from Healthwatch Middlesbrough for his dedication to helping vulnerable people. After overcoming addiction, prison, and homelessness, he rebuilt his life through Narcotics Anonymous and volunteering. Now he manages housing for ex-rough sleepers, offering trust, care, and practical help while inspiring others to change and thrive.
