AIC Japan Partners with the Daughters of Charity to Improve Children’s Education and Well-being

The International Association of Charities in Japan supports projects with the Daughters of Charity in India and the Philippines, funding a new well for a children’s home in Bangalore and collaborating with the Rosalie Rendu Center on youth education and mental health. In Kobe, its community garden builds connections and raises funds to sustain these partnerships.

Songs for a Vincentian Youth Mass

“Hearts on Fire”, by Javier F. Chento, is a new album with 18 songs for Mass created for the youth of the Vincentian Family, blending faith, joy, and mission. These songs are offered as a free gift to inspire worship, service, and a living Vincentian faith.

Volunteers from St. John’s parish and school traveled to Belize City this October to construct the Manning and Marilyn McKay House for a local family in need. Guided by faith and inspired by the McKays’ legacy of service, the team joined Hand in Hand Ministries to bring safe housing and a sense of community to Ms. Eugenie, Mr. Mario, and their young son.

In Mpepai, Ruvuma region of Tanzania, the 13 Houses for the Jubilee project is about to complete a home for a vulnerable family of ten. They will move from a fragile mud shelter to a safe, sustainable house. The active involvement of the parents and children has strengthened their sense of belonging and hope for a dignified, stable future.
