Today, August 14, 2026, we, the members of the Vincentian Family, pray for social workers who advocate for the voiceless.

Social workers often stand beside those facing poverty, abuse, homelessness, illness, and exclusion. Their work requires patience, courage, and deep compassion.

Like Saint Vincent, they seek to restore dignity and create pathways toward justice and healing. Their service often goes unnoticed, yet it changes lives every day.

We pray today for social workers and all who advocate for vulnerable people. May they find strength, wisdom, and support in their demanding mission.

God of justice, bless those who work tirelessly for the vulnerable. Renew their strength and help them remain signs of hope for those who feel forgotten. Amen.
