Today, August 8, 2026, we, the members of the Vincentian Family, pray for people suffering in silence from workplace bullying.

Many workers endure humiliation, intimidation, or exclusion in their places of employment. Fear of retaliation often prevents them from speaking out.

Work should be a place where human dignity is respected and where people can contribute their gifts without fear.

As Vincentians, we are called to defend those whose voices are ignored and to promote environments marked by justice and respect.

We pray today for all who suffer workplace bullying. May they find support, protection, and the courage to seek help, and may employers foster cultures of dignity and accountability.

Prayer

God of justice, strengthen all who suffer mistreatment at work. Grant them protection and peace, and inspire workplaces where every person is respected and valued. Amen.
