Today, July 22, 2026, we, the members of the Vincentian Family, pray for ethical treatment of workers displaced by automation.

Technological progress can improve lives, but it can also leave many workers unemployed, insecure, or forgotten.
Behind every lost job is a person, a family, and a story marked by uncertainty and fear.
As Vincentians, we believe that economic development must always protect human dignity and promote the common good.
We pray today for workers displaced by automation and rapid technological change. May societies create opportunities for retraining, inclusion, and meaningful work.

Prayer
God of justice, guide humanity in using technology wisely and compassionately. Protect workers from exclusion, and help us build economies centered on people rather than profit. Amen.
