Today, July 15, 2026, we, the members of the Vincentian Family, pray for protection of the poor from predatory lending.

Many poor families are trapped by unfair loans, abusive interest rates, and financial systems that profit from desperation.
Instead of offering opportunity, these practices deepen poverty and rob people of hope and stability.
Saint Vincent believed that charity must defend the dignity of the vulnerable and confront structures of exploitation.
We pray today for economic justice and for the protection of families from financial abuse.

Prayer
God of justice, protect vulnerable families from exploitation and fear. Inspire societies to create financial systems rooted in fairness, mercy, and human dignity. Amen.
