The Vincentian Family Daily Intention: July 10, 2026

Today, July 10, 2026, we, the members of the Vincentian Family, pray for those caught in consumer debt traps.

Many families live burdened by debt, struggling under loans, interest, and economic systems that profit from desperation.
What begins as survival can become a cycle of anxiety, shame, and dependence.
As Vincentians, we are called to defend economic practices that uphold dignity rather than exploit vulnerability.
We pray today for all trapped in financial insecurity and crushing debt. May they find support, fair opportunities, and renewed hope.

    Word of God
“The borrower is slave to the lender.”
    (Proverbs 22:7)

    Prayer
God of mercy, free those weighed down by debt and fear. Inspire societies to create economies of fairness, compassion, and human dignity. Amen.
