Today, July 6, 2026, we, the members of the Vincentian Family, pray for small faith communities in remote areas.
In isolated villages, distant rural regions, and forgotten territories, many small Christian communities keep the faith alive with simplicity and perseverance.
Often lacking resources, clergy, or support, they continue to gather, pray, and serve one another with deep trust in God.
Saint Vincent understood the importance of reaching those far from centers of power and visibility.
We pray today for these humble communities: may they never feel abandoned, and may their witness strengthen the whole Church.
Word of God
“Where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”
(Matthew 18:20)
Prayer
Faithful God, sustain communities that worship You in hidden places. Strengthen their hope, deepen their unity, and let them feel Your constant presence. Amen.
