Today, June 7, 2026, we, the members of the Vincentian Family, pray for the visibility and rights of persons with rare diseases.

Millions of people live with rare diseases that are often misunderstood, underdiagnosed, and invisible to society. Many suffer in silence—isolated, misjudged, or denied care due to lack of awareness or resources.

In the spirit of Saint Vincent, we are called to see what others do not see and to bring to light what the world overlooks.

We pray today that those living with rare diseases may be heard, supported, and treated with the same dignity as every other person.

Prayer
God of compassion, reveal to us those who are unseen. Help us stand beside all who suffer alone, and work for systems that honor every life. Amen.
