Today, April 2, 2026, we, the members of the Vincentian Family, pray for all those supporting life from conception to natural death.
Every life has infinite worth. From its first moments to its final breath, life is a sacred gift—not because of what a person produces, but because each human being is loved by God.
In a world that often discards the vulnerable, Vincentians are called to uphold the dignity of every person: the unborn, the elderly, the disabled, and the dying. True respect for life involves accompaniment, advocacy, and reverence in every stage.
We pray today for all who work in quiet ways to defend life through compassion and service. May we help build a culture where life is always welcomed, protected, and cherished.
Word of God
“I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.”
(John 10:10)
Prayer
Lord of Life, You made us in love and for love. Strengthen those who defend the dignity of all life. May our hearts never grow cold, and may our hands always serve with mercy. Amen.
