Celebrating the founding of the Congregation of the Mission

In their book “El Camino de San Vicente es Nuestro Camino” (“The Way of St. Vincent Is Our Way,”) authors Miguel Pérez Flores, CM and Antonino Orcajo CM reflect on the Constitutions and Statutes of the Congregation of the Mission, and the fundamental themes that characterize their life and mission in the Church.

The structure of each reflection is simple: 1) a text from the New Testament, 2) a selection from the Constitutions, 3) three points are developed, using texts from Saint Vincent’s writings, Vatican II Documents and other Papal Documents. 4) two or three reflection questions 5) a prayer, taken from the Roman Missal or from Saint Vincent
