Another childhood place of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, where she lived with her uncle, William Bayley, during a period when her father was traveling for medical studies, is located at 145 Shore Road, partially in Pelham Manor and partially in New Rochelle, New York. This 18th-century colonial farmhouse is situated near the intersection of Pelhamdale Avenue and Shore Road. The original structure (section on the left side) has been expanded and incorporated into a larger residence.
