Sisters of St. Martha of Antigonish are celebrating their 125th Anniversary as a Congregation beginning July 29th, 2025, and ending July 29th, 2026. The theme of the celebration is “Standing Together in Hope: Shaping the Emerging Future.” During the anniversary year the Congregation is planning several events to mark this milestone. On  July 16, 1900, the first Sisters of St. Martha departed from the Sisters of Charity in Halifax and arrived at the train station in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada.
