On Monday, April 14, 2025, Pope Francis recognized and promulgated the heroic virtues of the Servant of God Peter Joseph Triest, and from now on we may call him “Venerable”. It is with great joy and gratitude that we inform you about it, and at the same time we have to thank as promoter of the cause, in name of the Congregations of the Sisters of Charity of Jesus and Mary, the Brothers of Charity and the Sisters of the Child Jesus, all those who contributed in the preparation and development of the cause. We don’t forget our first postulator, Bro. Eugene Geysen and our actual postulator, Dr. Waldery Hilgeman, the archivists of the congregations, all the volunteers who helped in the transcription of the many documents and those who gave their witness.

Let us continue to pray for the canonisation of the Venerable Father Triest and ask God’s grace and sign from heaven to complete the process with the beatification and canonisation of our beloved Founder.
